  • 30 g butter
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 2 pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 75 g (150 ml) shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
