Low Carb Diet Study – Another Produced Lie Or Truth

Low Carb Diet helps control type 2 diabetes

For the past couple of days, there is apparently a piece of big news about Low Carb Diet study and how this way of eating is shortening life by as many as four years. People motioned in the low carb diet study over a time period of 25 years, where between 45 – 65 years of age. Claiming that the research has been done only by asking people who participate in the study “some questions” is really unprofessional. Is this a real study? The final results have been concluded only by/on what people involved have remembered. To be honest, how can one remember what they have been eating in the time period of 25 years.

Did they ever mention anything about those, who was diagnosed with diabetes and how low carb diet is helping them to better control their blood glucose levels and how many of them been even successful of reversing their diabetes into remission? Isn’t this what people are told by the NHS doctors and diabetic nurses? Lose weight and cut of carby food. How would one be able to cut carbs from their diet if not by following a low carb diet? One day low carb diet is the only way how to regain control of our general health and blood sugar levels. A week after next study comes up and claiming that low car diet will put us to the grave almost 4 years earlier. “This is so fucked up.”

Did anyone ever mention how many people are diagnosed and die because of diabetes? These numbers are ridiculously high and these numbers all sit on government, media and large corporations shoulders. Yet they still promoting highly processed products, which are directly linked to many health issues, even deaths.

They are the ones who are telling us what to eat and what not to eat. How bread is good and why you should take all family relatives to enjoy a high carb meal at McDonald’s because it will cost you less than cooking real food at home. Of course, it will cost less because all their food has been highly processed and didn’t even fly anywhere close to real food. How long are we going to tolerate this dictatorship?

Here are some facts:

Cancer
New cases of cancer, 2015, UK

Diabetes

Currently, the number of people diagnosed with diabetes in the UK is estimated to be 3.5 million. It is predicted that up to 549,000 people in the UK have diabetes that is yet to be diagnosed. This means, that including the number of undiagnosed people, there is estimated to be over 4 million people living with diabetes in the UK at present. This represents 6% of the UK population or 1 in every 16 people having diabetes (diagnosed and undiagnosed).

More news is about cancer than diabetes, but shouldn’t that be the opposite? More money is being spent on research for cancer treatment and cure. Did anyone ever see anything about diabetes(very rarely)? Just imagine how much money could NHS save by introducing Low Carb Diet to people diagnosed with diabetes. By controlling it with a simple and easy to follow way of eating.

In my opinion, it is just another produced lie and the only real truth behind this study are money. Big food producers and corporations would lose money if suddenly the whole population change their diet to low carb and real food? Many of them would face extinction. That is simply not going to happen as long as the government will continue to support all of it.

Summary:

As I am currently on a low carb diet myself, I only see the benefits of eating this way. My Type 2 diabetes is well controlled, my general health is improving. I feel the same amount of energy as when I was in my twenties. I know, if I did not do anything about it I would risk dying very young. Because of my Type 2 diabetes and the health risks directly linked to this illness. Media, Researches and Government are controlled and manipulated by large corporations and everything is just about money.
